South Kitsap's Community Transition Program is designed for students between the ages ofwho have met state graduation requirements but continue to receive support to acquire the skills needed to become independent at home, on the job and in the community. Jesse Aurelia Moore, a resident of Olalla, was last seen Oct. There has been no contact with Jesse since that date. She also uses the last name of Farwell. With a history of drug usage and an undiagnosed mental health illness, Ms. Moore is now listed as a Missing Person - Endangered. Physical description: Height: 5' 00", Weight: lbs.

Jesse was last seen wearing a white shirt, a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, dark leggings and tennis shoes. Reference: case report K Area residents have reported a significant amount of foot traffic in and out of the residence associated with suspected drug activity by the resident.

Eight subjects were initially detained. Many used syringes, assorted drug paraphernalia, and methamphetamine was located in various locations throughout the residence.

The main suspect was identified as a year-old male from Bremerton. Three other subjects were booked on a multitude of different charges and outstanding warrants. Callers can choose to remain anonymous. Arrest made in death investigation. Detectives with the Kitsap Critical Incident Response Team arrested a year-old man in connection with the death of a Port Orchard woman.

The investigator doing his due diligence in following up on leads in the investigation has determined that, even though positively identified by a family member as to who they thought was in the photos, is NOT who the person they identified.

The investigation is on-going and we are now back to square 1 in trying to identify the person in the video and still photos. You can remain anonymous. Help us close this case and please call in if you can give us a name on this individual.
